If your
firearm permit expires in November be sure to
check the status of your application with BSIS to ensure
that your permit is being processed. Due to the
state imposed furloughs BSIS will be closed on the 1st,
2nd and 3rd Friday of every month. BSIS will be
closed on Dec. 25th, in observance of
Christmas Day. These closures
could have an impact on the renewal of your guard and
firearm permit. Remember, if your guard or firearm
permit expires you may not stand post. Submit your
paperwork early!! |
